Scheduling Consultations: After purchasing an astrology package, you will be contacted within the next 48 hours to schedule the online session. Scheduling will take into account the availability of both parties, with a maximum delivery timeframe of 30 working days from the date the order is placed.

Session Conduct: All astrology sessions will be held exclusively online via the Google Meet platform. The client will receive an access link for the session, valid for the agreed date and time.

Payment and Refunds: The payment for any astrology service must be made in advance. If you cannot attend the originally scheduled session, it will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to the scheduled sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours before the set time. You may cancel an order at any time and request a refund by contacting us via the “Contact” form or on the WhatsApp listed number. The service provider may cancel an order for reasons related to proper service fulfillment, within 30 days, with a full refund of the purchased service.

Returns: A refund can only be issued within 30 days from the date the order was placed to the date the services were provided. Once the services have been delivered, no refund can be requested.

Confidentiality and Security: The provider will keep all personal client information confidential and ensure its security throughout the entire process.

By completing the contact form or the order form for any service, you agree to send us your message and provide your personal data. The requested information may include: first name, last name, email address, billing address, phone number, date, time, and place of birth.
